Information or rather rumours concerning the next job detail by Apple chips fusion AMD for its upcoming MacBook.
These are our colleagues from Fudzilla returning to load (see article) stating that according to industry sources, a partnership between AMD and Apple should be announced in the current 2011, and the second half of next year more likely.
Of future computer laptop MacBook, Apple could indeed use of APU (Accelerated Processing Unit which include CPU, memory controller and graphics in a single chip) from AMD fusion technology.
However, this would not of APU Ontario Zacate, Llano but the next generation of the firm from Sunnyvale, namely Krishna engraved 28nm and Trinity engraved in 32nm APU.
The first targets mainly the handheld and entry-level laptops, one that Apple is looking more then that Trinity displays a fineness higher engraving and destine to him at the heart of market mobile computers.
For the moment, the APU Trinity and Krishna are expected for 2012.Both incorporate graphical part DirectX 11 but that Trinity on-board 2 to 4 hearts bulldozer generation, the Krishna has 1-4 hearts Bobcat.
Require a priori wait long months of see – maybe – an AMD platform equipping of future MacBook Apple.
