The information comes this time from MacRumors that indicates that the firm Apple is currently testing a MacBook 15 inches fine, like the MacBook Air.
This rumour seems to be confirmed by Tuaw. According to our colleagues, these MacBook “thinned” could be marketed before the end of the year.
Apple would therefore seek to improve the finesse of its future models while easing a few grams on the balance. These future MacBook Pro will be certainly lack of optical drive. Apple could then take advantage of the space won for integrating a hybrid storage system based on an SSD to a hard disk 2.5-inch dedicated to data storage.
